Article 29. Manufacture, Sale and Introduction or Movement In Commerce of Flammable Wearing Apparel, Fabrics, Related Material and Interior Furnishings Prohibited

§ 507. Violations. A violation of any provision of this article or any

rule or regulation of the commissioner promulgated hereunder is a

misdemeanor. Each product, fabric or related material made, sold or

exposed for sale, shall constitute a separate violation.
