N.Y. General Business Law § 606: Definitions

§ 606. Definitions. Whenever used in this article:

(a) Warehouseman means a person engaged in the business of storing

goods for hire.

(b) Storage of household goods means goods stored by a consumer bailor

which are used or bought for use primarily for personal, family or

household purposes.

(c) Consumer bailor means a natural person.
