N.Y. General Business Law § 69-x: Disposition of moneys derived from operation of article

§ 69-x. Disposition of moneys derived from operation of article.

Processing fees for the fingerprint search conducted by the division of

criminal justice services shall accompany the fingerprint cards and

shall be deposited to the credit of the general fund. All remaining

moneys derived from the operation of this article shall be deposited in

the business and licensing services account established pursuant to

section ninety-seven-y of the state finance law.
