N.Y. General Business Law § 86: Reward may be presumed

§ 86. Reward may be presumed. In any prosecution under this article

any person, firm, limited liability company, partnership or corporation

who performs or commits any of the acts set forth in sections seventy

and seventy-one of this article shall be presumed to do so for a fee,

compensation, valuable consideration or reward.
