N.Y. General City Law § 122: Reports of the authority

§ 122. Reports of the authority. The authority shall make an annual

report to the governing body of the city. When it deems advisable, the

authority may make interim reports to the governing body of the city

with its recommendations, in order to afford the governing body of the

city an opportunity to take immediate action thereon.
