N.Y. General Construction Law § 11-a: Acquisition

§ 11-a. Acquisition. The term "acquisition" means the act of acquiring

any title to, right or interest in, real property through the exercise

of the power of eminent domain pursuant to the provisions of the eminent

domain procedure law.
