N.Y. General Municipal Law § 118-b: Jurisdiction of other state agencies

§ 118-b. Jurisdiction of other state agencies. Nothing contained in

this article shall be held to alter or abridge the powers and duties of

the state department of health or of the water power and control

commission over water supply matters.
