N.Y. General Municipal Law § 119-l: Jurisdiction of state agencies

§ 119-l. Jurisdiction of state agencies. Nothing contained in this

article shall be held to alter or abridge the powers and duties of the

state conservation department or any other state department or agency

over drainage matters.
