N.Y. General Municipal Law § 120-q: Rules and regulations

§ 120-q. Rules and regulations. Such person, persons or corporation

operating and maintaining such system or contracting for the removal of

sewage as herein provided shall be subject to such rules, ordinances and

regulations as said municipalities may establish, not inconsistent with

any contract made therefor.
