N.Y. General Municipal Law § 131: Training school for nurses

§ 131. Training school for nurses. Subject to the provisions of the

education law the board of managers of any hospital under this article

may establish and maintain in connection therewith and as a part of the

public hospital a school of nursing. The board may, in its discretion,

appoint an advisory board for such training school and define the

functions of such advisory board.
