N.Y. General Municipal Law § 365: Effect of unconstitutionality in part

§ 365. Effect of unconstitutionality in part. If any section, clause

or provision of this article shall be unconstitutional or invalid or

ineffective in whole or in part, to the extent that it is not

unconstitutional or invalid or ineffective it shall be valid and

effective; and no other section, clause or provision shall on account

thereof be deemed invalid or ineffective.
