N.Y. General Municipal Law § 403-a: Future acquisition or construction of undertakings by towns prohibited

§ 403-a. Future acquisition or construction of undertakings by towns

prohibited. Any provision of this article to the contrary

notwithstanding, no town, on and after the effective date of this

section, shall have the power to acquire or construct any undertaking

pursuant to the provisions of this article.
