N.Y. General Municipal Law § 440: Display of American flag at public meetings

§ 440. Display of American flag at public meetings. The board, body or

officer having supervision shall cause the flag of the United States to

be appropriately displayed upon the walls of any hall or other meeting

place in a public building owned by the municipality during any meeting

or gathering of persons to which the public is invited.
