N.Y. General Obligations Law § 5-1113: Written or published promise or reward

§ 5-1113. Written or published promise or reward. A promise to pay a

reward for return of lost or mislaid property is not unenforceable

because of absence of consideration if the promise was made in writing

or the promisor caused it to be published.
