N.Y. Highway Law § 229-b: Disbursement of moneys; accounts and reports

§ 229-b. Disbursement of moneys; accounts and reports. Moneys

appropriated by a town and available for approved projects shall be

disbursed by the town supervisor upon vouchers approved by the town

superintendent, in the manner provided for the disbursement of town

moneys under sections twenty-nine and one hundred eighteen of the town

law. The state comptroller shall prescribe uniform accounts and reports

to be kept by the town for projects undertaken pursuant to this article.
