§ 343-aaa. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the

"Lieutenant Colonel Todd J. Clark Memorial Highway". All that portion of

the state highway system in the county of Albany constituting state

route one hundred forty-six in the town of Guilderland from state route

twenty north to Lydius Street shall be designated as the "Lieutenant

Colonel Todd J. Clark Memorial Highway".
