* § 343-k. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the

"Joseph A. Scapelliti Memorial Bridge". The bridge crossing the New York

state barge canal on Exchange Street between Market Street and Van Buren

Street in the city of Lockport shall be designated and known as the

"Joseph A. Scapelliti Memorial Bridge".
