N.Y. Highway Law § 343-p*7: Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the "Colonel William O'Brien and Sergeant Thomas Baker Memorial Highway"

* § 343-p. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the

"Colonel William O'Brien and Sergeant Thomas Baker Memorial Highway".

All that portion of the state highway system constituting state route

forty which lies within the city of Troy, county of Rensselaer, shall be

designated and known as the "Colonel William O'Brien and Sergeant Thomas

Baker Memorial Highway".
