N.Y. Highway Law § 343-s*12: Portion of the state highway system to be designated the "Senator Jess J

* § 343-s. Portion of the state highway system to be designated the

"Senator Jess J. Present Memorial Highway". All that portion of the

state highway system in the county of Chautauqua constituting route four

hundred thirty from the state of Pennsylvania border to the intersection

of route sixty in the city of Jamestown shall be designated and known as

the "Senator Jess J. Present Memorial Highway".
