* § 343-s. Route 9D to be designated as the "Hudson Valley POW/MIA

Memorial Highway". All of state highway route 9D within Dutchess, Putnam

and Westchester counties, excluding the J. Donald Synnett Memorial

Bridge in the village of Wappingers Falls, shall be designated and known

as the "Hudson Valley POW/MIA Memorial Highway".
