* § 343-t. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the

"Captain Timothy J. Moshier Memorial Highway". All that portion of the

state highway system in the county of Albany constituting state route

one hundred forty in the town of Bethlehem from state route eighty-five

south to county route fifty-two shall be designated and known as the

"Captain Timothy J. Moshier Memorial Highway".
