* § 343-u. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the

"Waterloo: Birthplace of Memorial Day Highway". All that portion of the

state highway system constituting state route ninety-six, in Seneca

county from the Phelps town line to the town line of Ulysses, shall be

designated and known as the "Waterloo: Birthplace of Memorial Day

Highway".
