* § 344-i. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the

"Private Charles S. Cooper, Jr. Memorial Highway". All that portion of

the state highway system constituting state route sixty in the town of

Kiantone, county of Chautauqua, beginning at the Jamestown city line,

continuing in a generally southeasterly direction, and terminating at

the intersection with state route sixty-two, shall be designated and

known as the "Private Charles S. Cooper, Jr. Memorial Highway".
