* § 344-m. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the

"CPL William James Hillard II Memorial Bridge". The bridge on interstate

route eighty-six, crossing over West Main Street through the town of

Randolph, county of Cattaraugus, shall be designated and known as the

"CPL William James Hillard II Memorial Bridge".
