N.Y. Highway Law § 344-m*23: Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the "Rensselaer County Purple Heart Highway"

* § 344-m. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the

"Rensselaer County Purple Heart Highway". All that portion of the state

highway system constituting state route forty-three in the county of

Rensselaer starting at the county's border with Massachusetts,

continuing in a generally northwesterly direction and terminating at its

intersection with Interstate 90 in the town of North Greenbush, county

of Rensselaer, shall be designated and known as the "Rensselaer County

Purple Heart Highway".
