* § 344-n. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the

"Port Authority Police Officer James W. Kennelly Memorial Highway". All

that portion of the state highway system constituting Old Sunrise

Highway from its intersection with Carman Mill Road to its intersection

with County Line Road within the hamlet of Massapequa, town of Oyster

Bay, county of Nassau, shall be designated and known as the "Port

Authority Police Officer James W. Kennelly Memorial Highway".
