* § 344-o. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the

"Captain Kenneth Sgroi Memorial Highway". All that portion of the state

highway system constituting state route two hundred two between

Elizabeth Road and Baldwin Road in the Town of Yorktown, county of

Westchester, shall be designated and known as the "Captain Kenneth Sgroi

Memorial Highway".
