* § 344-p. Portion of the state highway system to be designated as the

"Michael J. Finerson Memorial Bridge". All that portion of the state

highway system constituting the bridge over the Chaumont River on state

route 12E in the village of Chaumont, county of Jefferson, shall be

designated and known as the "Michael J. Finerson Memorial Bridge".
