N.Y. Insurance Law § 5407: Availability of reports; immunity

§ 5407. Availability of reports; immunity. (a) Reports of inspection

performed by or on behalf of the association shall be available to

members of the association, applicants and the superintendent.

(b) No liability or cause of action shall exist against the

association or its agents or employees, an insurer or the superintendent

or his authorized representatives for any statements made in good faith

by them in any reports or communications concerning risks insured or to

be insured by the association or at any related administrative hearings.
