§ 275. Salary of special deputy clerks for the supreme court in Queens

county. The salary of the special deputy clerks mentioned in section

two hundred and seventy-four shall be fixed by the justices of the

supreme court residing in the county, or a majority of them, and when so

fixed shall be paid from the court funds of said county.
