N.Y. Judiciary Law § 307: Salary of typist in first department of appellate division

§ 307. Salary of typist in first department of appellate division. The

salary or compensation to be paid to each of the typists appointed

pursuant to section one hundred five of this chapter by the justices of

the appellate division of the supreme court in the first judicial

department shall be fixed by said justices of the appellate division, or

a majority of them, in their discretion, to be paid by the city of New

York, and the board of estimate shall provide for raising and paying the

same.
