N.Y. Judiciary Law § 522: Appellate divisions to make rules

§ 522. Appellate divisions to make rules. The appellate divisions of

the supreme court in each judicial department shall adopt rules

consistent with this article and with such standards and policies as the

administrative board may establish in order to effectuate the policy and

provisions of this article.
