§ 78. Justices of appellate division in first department may make

rules for management of law libraries and court-houses of appellate

division and supreme court. The justices of the appellate division in

the first department shall from time to time make such rules as they may

deem necessary for the management and protection of the law libraries

and for the protection and management of the court-houses and

court-rooms of the appellate division and of the supreme court.
