N.Y. Judiciary Law § 80: Time for appointment of terms of appellate division in the first department

§ 80. Time for appointment of terms of appellate division in the first

department. The justices of the appellate division in the first

department shall fix a time and place for holding the terms of the

appellate division in the first department on or before the first day of

December in each year.
