N.Y. Labor Law § 163: Hours of labor in brickyards

§ 163. Hours of labor in brickyards. No corporation owning or

operating a brickyard shall require employees to work more than ten

hours in any day, or to commence work before seven o'clock in the

morning. But overwork and work prior to seven o'clock in the morning for

extra compensation may be performed by agreement between employer and

employee.
