N.Y. Labor Law § 198-d: Posting regulations on illegal wage deductions

§ 198-d. Posting regulations on illegal wage deductions. Every

employer engaged in the sale or service of food or beverages shall post

in his establishment, in a place accessible to his employees and in a

visually conspicuous manner, a copy of sections one hundred ninety-three

and one hundred ninety-six-d of this chapter and any regulations

promulgated pursuant thereto relating to illegal deductions from wages

and tips by employers.
