N.Y. Labor Law § 202-g: Display of fuel-connected appliances in wholesale or retail store

§ 202-g. Display of fuel-connected appliances in wholesale or retail

store. No gas, gasoline or liquefied petroleum gas fueled appliances

shall be displayed in a wholesale or retail store when attached to a

live fuel source. This section shall not prevent a live demonstration

of such appliances under the immediate supervision, and in the presence

of, a responsible adult.
