N.Y. Labor Law § 212: Drinking water for farm laborers

§ 212. Drinking water for farm laborers. Every grower or processor who

employs or uses paid farm or food processing workers, whether or not he

uses the services of a farm labor contractor, shall, at his own expense,

provide safe drinking water, which may be in a portable container

reasonably accessible to each and every site whereat laborers are

working.
