N.Y. Labor Law § 356: Notice of unlawful manufacture

§ 356. Notice of unlawful manufacture. If the commissioner discovers

any manufacture in a house contrary to the provisions of this article,

he shall serve notice of such unlawful manufacture upon the employer.
