N.Y. Labor Law § 631: Corporation officers' liability

§ 631. Corporation officers' liability. If a corporation is convicted

of any violation under this title, the president, secretary, treasurer,

or officers exercising corresponding functions shall each be guilty of a

misdemeanor.
