Article 19-A. Minimum Wage Standards and Protective Labor Practices For Farm Workers

§ 683. Savings clause. If any portion of this article or the

application thereof to any person, employer, occupation or circumstance

is held invalid, the remainder of the article and the application of

such provision to other persons, employees, occupations, or

circumstances shall not be affected thereby.
