N.Y. Labor Law § 724: Obligation of employers and others

§ 724. Obligation of employers and others. No employer, employer

organization, labor relations consultant or other person shall knowingly

participate in or induce any conduct or act which violates any of the

obligations of any officer or agent of a labor organization provided in

section seven hundred twenty-three.
