N.Y. Labor Law § 842: Monitoring

§ 842. Monitoring. The state unit will monitor the implementation of

substate plans and, as needed, shall make additional funds available to

the substate grantees, pursuant to subdivision two of section eight

hundred forty-eight of this article, to assure that the substate plan is

fully implemented regardless of economic changes in the substate area

that could influence the number of dislocated workers to be served.
