N.Y. Labor Law § 845: Coordination

§ 845. Coordination. State dislocated worker programs funded under

this section shall, to the fullest extent possible, coordinate with

other federal, state and local programs before initiating activity and,

where substantial numbers of union members are affected, consult with

appropriate labor organizations.
