N.Y. Labor Law § 853: Report

§ 853. Report. The department shall be responsible for the preparation

of the annual report to the secretary of labor describing those

activities of the workforce investment board taken to comply with the

requirements of the federal Workforce Investment Act of 1998 (P.L.

105-220), as well as a report to the governor and legislature describing

such activities, on or before the first day of January, two thousand one

and on the first day of January in each consecutive year thereafter.
