§ 22.01 Admission to chemical dependence programs, treatment facilities

and services.

Unless otherwise specifically provided for by statute, a person

suffering from chemical abuse or dependence shall be admitted to a

chemical dependence program, service, or treatment facility pursuant to

the provisions of this article. For purposes of this article, the term

"chemical dependence programs, treatment facilities and services" shall

mean and include alcoholism and/or substance abuse programs, treatment

facilities, and services.
