N.Y. Mental Hygiene Law § 32.36: Crisis stabilization services

§ 32.36 Crisis stabilization services.

The commissioner shall be authorized, in conjunction with the

commissioner of the office of mental health, to create crisis

stabilization centers within New York state in accordance with article

thirty-six of this title, including the promulgation of joint

regulations and implementation of a financing mechanism to allow for the

sustainable operation of such programs.
