§ 5.03 Commissioners.

The head of the office of mental health shall be the commissioner of

mental health; the head of the office for people with developmental

disabilities shall be the commissioner of developmental disabilities;

and the head of the office of addiction services and supports shall be

the commissioner of addiction services and supports. Each commissioner

shall be appointed by the governor, by and with the advice and consent

of the senate, to serve at the pleasure of the governor.
