N.Y. Military Law § 130.106: Drunken or reckless driving

§ 130.106. Drunken or reckless driving. Any person subject to this

code who, while on active state duty or in a duty status other than

active state duty, operates any vehicle while drunk, or in a reckless or

wanton manner, shall be punished as a court-martial may direct.
