N.Y. Military Law § 130.114: Conduct unbecoming an officer and gentleman

§ 130.114. Conduct unbecoming an officer and gentleman. Any officer

who is convicted of conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman shall

be punished as a court-martial may direct.
